Starting at 9:00 AM, no new chats will be able to be initiated, but agents in active chats at that time will not be disconnected. At 9:30 AM, the chat service will go fully offline for approximately two hours.

Issues with Email Delivery
Resolved - We are no longer seeing errors associated with sending and receiving emails from Google Workspace. Emails sent via Google OAuth may be delayed, but will be delivered to customers. If you continue to see any issues with email deliveries in Help Scout, please reach out to our team to further investigate.

Monitoring - We are observing errors related to Google Workspace APIs. Customers who use Google Workspace and have connected their Help Scout inboxes to send via Google OAuth may find they are not able to send or receive email.

Resolved - We've continued to see improvements with our AI Features and made a minor change to restore functionality while we wait for the original issue to be resolved entirely. Update - Our scheduled maintenance is still in progress and Docs sites are still inaccessible at this time. We are continuing to work to restore service as soon as possible.

Update - We have experienced some unexpected issues with the scheduled maintenance this morning and need to extend the time to 10:30 AM Eastern.

This has affected Docs ability to load as well as the administrative access to edit and manage. We are working to restore Docs sites as quickly as possible.

Connections Issues
Resolved - We’ve completed our investigation and found that a small subset of users in APAC may have issues reaching our content network because of regional network conditions not controlled by Help Scout. We’re closing this status event now but if you run into issues accessing Help Scout, please let us know at help@helpscout.com.
